Order Cancellation & Modifications

  • 24-Hour Window: You may request an order cancellation or modification within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • After 24 hours, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be changed or cancelled.

Address Responsibility: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. OlyTrend is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

  • You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Delivered but Not Received?

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please follow these steps:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members who may have received the package.
  2. Verify the shipping address listed in your order confirmation email.
  3. Contact the carrier directly to inquire about the delivery status and request proof of delivery.
  4. Provide us with proof of non-delivery so we can review your case.
